“Written on the Tides” is part of my series called “Flow”.
It represents experiencing joy in all of the ebbs and flows of life.
It is a reminder for us to be a river – meandering or moving easily through life’s tides no matter how rough the seas. Being in flow IS a joy. The texture is a mixture of paint and modeling paste and created to provide the sense of flowing – and fluid to take different paths.
It has a sister painting called “Restless Tide” which could be a diptych.
