This is a print of an award-winning painting that was also part of a series about the interplay of light and dark. It was recognized as “best abstract” in the Beaufort Art Association Spring Show.
I am drawn to the light that breaks through the dark. I think of the incredible drama of a sunset that would not inspire without both dark and light. With the opening of a new day or the closing of the past, I am inspired by renewed hope and energy. The shimmering glows leave me in awe of something greater.
